Murtala Muhammed Airport Schools is a
co-educational institution owned and managed by the Murtala Muhammed Airport.
It comprises of Crèche, Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools. The nursery and
primary commenced in 1983 and 1984 respectively, while the secondary arm was
added in 2004. The secondary school offers a full complement of courses in Pure
Sciences, Science Technology, Commercial and Arts/Humanity subjects, which
cover both NECO and WAEC syllabis for JSCE and SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level.
The Schools are fully approved by Lagos State Ministry of
Education and registered with West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) as well
as National Examinations Council (NECO).
We have consistently recorded a
yearly success rate of not less than 95% at all external (JSCE and SSCE) examinations.
Equally, an average of not less than
85% of our SSCE students gains admission into universities at home and abroad the
same year they graduate.
